Shipping
Louis FAGLIN offers free international shipping with no minimum order requirement. All orders are shipped from Japan. Import duties, taxes and VAT are not included in our prices; they are the customer's responsibility and may be charged at checkout or on delivery, depending on your country.

All Louis FAGLIN orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. You will receive a notification via email and/or SMS when your order has been shipped. We strive to deliver packages as quickly as possible; however, your order may take more than a week to arrive depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections and inclement weather. You can use our tracking code to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Packaging
All of our products are packaged in a signature Louis FAGLIN product box, ideal for gifting and storage. Our international shipping boxes are made from 100% recycled and recyclable paper to help reduce waste. This commitment extends to our cardboard boxes, inserts, envelopes, postcards, product manuals, wiping cloth cases and letters.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer free international returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Import duties and taxes paid on an order are non-refundable. To qualify for a return or exchange, products and their accompanying items must be returned in their original condition.
