Product care
Louis FAGLIN products are made to last, and a bit of care will ensure they look as new as the day you got them.
Important
The appearance of your jewelry may change over time due to various factors, such as exposure to different environments, fluctuations in humidity, contact with abrasive surfaces, and even natural skin acidity. Proper care can help minimize these effects and keep your pieces looking their best.
You do not need to clean your Louis FAGLIN jewelry and accessories more than 2-3 times a year.

WEARING
To keep your jewelry looking its best, it’s a good idea to take it off during activities like swimming, working out, or applying lotions and perfumes.
Moisture, sweat, and certain chemicals can affect how your jewelry looks over time.
Put your jewelry on last when getting dressed and take it off first when you’re getting ready for bed to keep it out of harm’s way.
STORAGE
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place when you’re not wearing it.
Use our product storage box that comes with every order or an alternative case to protect it from dust and scratches.
Try to keep each piece separate—this will prevent them from scratching each other or getting tangled.
CLEANING
Avoid over-cleaning your jewelry to protect its coating.
To clean your jewelry, gently wipe it down with our premium microfiber cloth, included in all purchases, to remove any dirt or oils.
Avoid using any cleaners or scrubbing with anything abrasive, as this can damage the surface.
If the plating of your accessory or jewelry has eroded and you'd like it re-plated, kindly contact us at info@louisfaglin.com
